Re-assessment and renewal

Certification is time-limited. When your certification period ends, a re-assessment typically takes around half the time and cost of the original if the product has not changed substantially. Level 3 (Certified) includes the annual renewal assessment in the price. For Levels 1 and 2, re-assessment is available at a reduced rate.

Accessibility statement support

Every NDC report provides the documented evidence base you need to write the neurodiversity section of your accessibility statement. Public sector organisations are legally required to publish an accessibility statement under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. Your NDC findings, certification status, and known issues register map directly to the format required.
